Once your appointment is scheduled...

Please arrive for your appointment on time! Make sure you have your insurance card and co-pay at the time of your visit. If you know you are going to be late, please call and let the office know. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled time will be worked into the schedule and seen as soon as possible- but please be aware that there might be a lengthy wait.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel, so we may make that time available for other patients.
